Trusted Wig Fitters
We are honored that our salon is part of their network of wig fitters that can supply and fit The Little Princess Trust wigs, which have been made from hair kindly donated by their generous supporters. This network of accredited wig fitters are made up of skilled and experienced people with a positive attitude and a sensitive manner. Simon Constantinou works with children and young adults from across South Wales, striving to support the amazing work that The Little Princess Trust does.
Simon Constantinou has been working with Little Princess Trust for over a decade and the team were absolutely delighted to be awarded the Golden Crown Award in 2019, in 2022 and again in 2023. Continually meeting the most amazing & inspiring young people. Seeing first-hand how much of a difference this can make to a young person’s life, giving a sense of normality in an otherwise difficult time.
Because the Little Princess Trust wigs are made with unprocessed human hair, we are able to customize a color to help it feel more like the wearer’s natural hair. Some of the older children are big fans of Balayage or color melts as they mimic a natural sun-kissed look. The wigs can also be cut and shaped by our very talented and experienced wig fitters, to incorporate fringes or layering. In addition to the fitting service, advice is provided on caring for a wig at home – How to wash and dry a wig to ensure it lasts as long as possible and how to style and care for a wig to maximize its day-to-day use.

Fundraising for Little Princess Trust Wigs
We love to support Little Princess Trust in any way that we can. Unfortunately COVID-19 has stopped our ability to do this as we have been forced to close for a large part of the year, however, prior to the pandemic everyone enjoyed ‘Tea & Tiara’ fundraising days at the salon, and our stylist & wig specialist, Maggie previously ran the Anglesey Half Marathon and raised an amazing £710! The team are looking forward to the future where we can have these atmospheric fundraiser days again, enjoying some homemade cake, a cuppa and a natter with you and all for a good cause.
Hair Donations
Did you know that as well as monetary donations, you can also donate your hair to Little Princess Trust? When someone has a dramatic restyle, we love to encourage people to donate hair so that LPT can continue to provide human hair wigs to those who need it most. We will even send the donation off for you and arrange a certificate of thanks from LPT.
* LPT’s greatest need is for hair donations that are 16” (41cm) or longer.
* Supporters are encouraged to keep growing until at least 12” (30cm).
* However, a minimum length of 7”/17cm is accepted.
* Donations must be clean, dry hair, from any gender.
* Hair needs to be in great condition (no split ends) and of any natural colour.
* Straight, wavy, curly or chemically straightened hair is accepted.
* Permanently dyed*, bleached/highlighted hair is accepted (*if dye is of a natural colour).
* Ponytail/s cut up to five years ago can be accepted, if preserved in a good condition.
Donating Hair Extensions
You can also donate your used Great Lengths hair extensions if they are in good condition – it is a fantastic use of long hair that would otherwise be discarded. If you would like to make a hair donation, please just let your stylist know before your hair is washed. The stylist will then send the donation directly to Great Lengths, who expertly prepare the hair, ready for the charity to receive.
Super Little Growers
Our heart goes out to all the young girls & boys who come in to Simon Constantinou’s, wanting to have a big chop to donate their hair to Little Princess Trust. This is such a kind gesture for someone so young. Our hairstylists are amazing with children and will ensure that their experience is super fun.
