Brothers Constantinou’s Apprenticeship training program is a more effective way of training as it allows the girls to have the full experience of working in a salon while being educated. Julie and the team are able to visit the salon to see myself as an in-salon assessor, which enables me to continue to do my job. Julie is always at the end of the phone if we need her help and support. I find the relationship between us works very well.
