” We had an initial discussion about how to proceed. Colour was applied competently and a coffee and magazine provided while I was under a dryer for a while. Cutting was done most professionally and I have complete confidence in Karen’s hair cutting skills. Conversation was interesting and stimulating. Blow drying and styling produced an excellent finished hair style with which I was satisfied. I left the salon looking very different from when I arrived! Thanks to Karen.” – Alison
